For those individuals who seek to establish themselves as martial art Masters and own their own school, the T.O.A.S Nabard Academy delivers the most comprehensive well rounded instructor training available. Guidance and instruction are presented in pure form, directly by the founder and creator of T.O.A.S Nabard, Grandmaster Safakhoo.

The first goal of the career seeker is to attain the level of Red-Sash Senior Student, which will signify his achievement of sufficient levels of competency in T.O.A.S Nabard techniques and strategies. As a Senior Student, he is charged to humbly display advanced ability and unwavering dedication to the
pursuit of excellence in the art of T.O.A.S. Nabard.

To attain the highly esteemed rank of Ostad, the Red-Sash Senior Student must complete a minimum of 50 hours of comprehensive sparring and 100 hours of supervised teaching experience. Senior Students must be able to confidently and independently instruct group class and private lesson sessions.

Upon achievement of these qualifications, Grandmaster Safakhoo certifies the Senior Student as Ostad, and challenges the warrior to educate, guide and serve mankind as a symbol and reminder of the warrior within.
