Due to its extensive Persian roots, Nabard is also referred to as The Persian Art of Combat. Created in Persia by Master Marco Safakhoo, Nabard is the embodiment of the survival strategies, concepts and philosophies of its creator. Through introducing his combative art Nabard, Master Safakhoo has become known as the "Father of Modern Persian Martial Arts."
